Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on 21 July 2026 with Saudi Fransi Capital, acting on behalf of the Saudi Data Centre Fund 1.

The agreement establishes a framework to study and evaluate the development of 3 additional data centers with an estimated total capacity of approximately 48 megawatts (MW).

Under the terms of the MOU, the proposed facilities will be located across 3 sites in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah.

MIS is designated to serve as the developer, designer, and implementer for the project. Furthermore, the company will be responsible for the ongoing asset and facility management of the new capacity.

The MOU is valid for a duration of 90 days from the date of signing and is subject to extension by mutual written agreement.

The company stated there is no immediate financial impact resulting from this preliminary agreement and confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.

In June, MIS was awarded a contract to provide data center hosting services to the Future of Artificial Intelligence Company, also known as HUMAIN.
